What is CiaoPania.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling clothing and fashion products like tops and shirts, blouses and tunics, hoodies and sweatshirts, outerwear, pants, dresses, shoes, accessories, men's t-shirts, scarfs, sweaters, jackets, vests, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

CiaoPania is categorized as one of the doubtful sites because of the following drawbacks:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address as BRAIN BURGEON LTD: 40 Bloomsbury Way Lower Ground Floor, London, England, WC1A 2SE and that is also by taking screenshots instead of directly writing on the website. Normally, the scam sites have provided their company’s address in that way so that no one can find them by searching on Google. Furthermore, when we searched about this company on Google, we found out that BRAIN BURGEON LTD has been registered at the UK Companies House. You should know the fact that there are multiple scam companies registered from the UK Companies House. Actually, it is very easy to register a company in the UK Companies House by providing the third personal identities and virtual address which you can rent from the virtual address service providers. Even you can register a company in the UK Companies House without a big hassle. This company name and address is also used by another suspicious site like Gotfuns, Summmers, ComfyWearing, SweetyLadies, Siirie, ChicUsaGirl, CandyLinen, LuckyClothess, Ellaen, Bacaroca, Aringic.Myshopify, Balalla, and so on.

Even it cannot be guaranteed that BRAIN BURGEON LTD has been operating this site. The contact phone number is also missing on its website. So we cannot trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is offering heavy discounts on the products it sells which is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used by this online store for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that it has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Returns Policy which says that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

From all the above mentioned facts, it is clear that CiaoPania is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. Beware!!!! Do not order from this company. First time ordering clothes online, biggest mistake. I ordered several pieces and they were of POOR quality. One of the pieces I ordered, just by trying it on when it arrived , the material started to tear I had to dump it in the garbage. This morning I put on another top and went out and lift up my hands up and the material is all torn up. That's when I decided to write a review. I will take the loss for the purchase because it's not worth returning. Please don't say you weren't warned. WORST purchase ever....

  2. I wish I had read the reviews first! Total rip off! NOT linen, not correctly sized, items don’t match the site pictures at all!! Don’t buy from this company!!

  3. A friend ordered about $60 worth of handbag and scarf, shared the site with me and I told her it’s unlikely she’ll see anything arrive.

Got a tracking number a few days later (The tracking website looks just as sketchy and fake as the main website), and three weeks in the scarf and handbag actually arrived.

Quality is very questionable, but the bag is made from actual leather and the scarf was okay too.

I think we were lucky outliers, this site looks like a drop-shipping storefront for a shop that sources low quality knockoffs that you’ll find just as easily in your local Chinese mall (and there you’ll pay prices that match the quality of the products a bit more accurately).

  4. Yes!I purchased almost$200.00 worth of clothing... they advertised as company from Australia! I've learned my lesson about made in China on line clothing store.... misfit, poor quality, cheap material, misleading ads/ photos....I thought this would be ok....WRONG! Not ok at all... after I received my first order... immediately my thoughts were "Oh NO!" I've been scammed again!!!!I should have done my research??.... received my
second order... sure enough, as expected... wrong fit.... style not the same as the photos shown... cheap material???

    1. I got taken for $198.00.Medium size so small. Cheaply made using bs for material. Second time I’ve been taken by online clothing. No more.

  5. Horrible. I ordered an XL overalls/shorts. Probably an 8. Could not figure out return policy. Could not find address. Got a response from "Emily" who said I could have $15.00. I paid $40 some. Retuning to SHANZANG (sp) China would cost probably in the $40s. Scam. They never told me their address. They were shady from the first message. Had I known the manufacturer was overseas I would not have ordered, not because I don't like to order from foreign companies, but because I don't need to waste more gas and the earth's resources, etc. Awful company!

  6. I placed an order on June 4th. Have not received order yet and unable to get in touch with them. I should have known better.

  7. Same here- I got everything a d in more or less the correct sizes. I thought I was buying from an U.S. company but the quality is cheap and nasty and most certainly not linen and cotton... expensive learning- ALWAYS check out the internet before you buy online!!

  8. I'm fairly certain that I was scammed, too. On their site, they wrote that their items will be delivered quickly, bu that's not the case. I've waited weeks, but my order hasn't arrived, and I expect it won't. I will be so much more careful in the future.

  9. I placed an order for a few items and I have not received anything at all. I think k I got scammed. I need to get my money back somehow.

  10. I just received my order of 4 items, size is completely off and 2 items are damage, this is a real scam. They sell bad quality of cotton for linen and there is no address for returns
Please do not trust Ciao pania, Do not spend your money
We need to buy less and buy from USA, the hell with this scammers!
I will persist on my bad reviews and my refund

  11. I wish I had read your reviews about this place before I ordered. I feel terrible. Thanks for your responses. I have not received my order and I am not looking forward to what may be in the package. ...Should have followed my first instinct.

  12. Same as those ads for clothing as you go through Facebook. Ordered 2 blouses 5x, thinking they would really shrink... received thin material that was equivalent to a size small. My sister ordered for her waitresses, of thin body, and they couldn’t get their arms through the sleeve

  13. This company is definitely not reliable or truthful about quality of products shown on advertisement. Everything shown is of low quality material, fake linen, in correct sizes,
overall poor & very misleading online business. Company needs huge warning sign saying ... BEWARE, SUSPICIOUS , Scams!
I received my order but was very disappointed with 3/5 pieces ordered. Pants and dress were too small and material if pulled a little could easily be ripped before trying on . Cheap, inexpensive look good looking junk that is undeniable -a too good to be true deal or should I say trickery!
    Rethink, Research, Read Reviews!!

  14. I havent ordered anything yet, but if I do, it will be one item, only, like a jersey or pair of pants. really large. If I loose $20 to $30 so be it...I wont even waste my time in trying to return it. But I would never place a really large order on a place that seems so shady...

  15. I ordered online from FB ad "Ciaopania" but received the receipt from a different vendor, called Shopping Technology (fnlagin_174@yahoo.com), that is not the vendor I ordered from. I don't accept OEM or subcontract supply. I want to void this transaction. Online PayPal help said we could "void" a transaction on PayPal website. That's not true. No "void" function to choose. But I filed a complaint case anyway. I also right away (in an hour) emailed this Shopping Technology to cancel my two (yes, sigh) orders. Now I am waiting to see what would happen.

  16. I too got caught up on the great clothes and ordered 5 items. Have tried to track. Still says in process. Do see responses of delivery but not all favorable. Have tried to email with no response and no phone # available. Part of order looks like failure and not sure if will be refunded? Will be glad for what ever they ship.

  17. Horrible site. Buyer beware.shotty c!othes. Very Shotty. No return address for refund request. Watch Out people!!!!!SCAMMERS. What should we do as consumer for protection? Help. I need my refund.I want them contacted.I
    They do not respond.

  18. Scam, beware, take your US currency. And leave you with no return \address to request a refund.SCAMMERS. Cannot send replies or request .I was scammed. Watch out people.Made several attempts. No ?response.

  19. I have deduced that these clothing sites that have really cute looking clothes for a really good price are generally scams. I always look them up before I order anything.
    Spread the word!

  20. Seems to me the scam is this, send the buyer junk. Scammers get paid. You really don't want to send stuff back to China where it all comes from, but you call your credit card company. You get reimbursed after a lot of begging. Scammers disappear with the money.
I ordered from one of these companies and what they sent me had nothing to do with what i ordered, and a lot of it was pure junk.
I had a friend who ordered from the same company, same result.
If they are advertising on FB, and it seems too good to be true....

  21. I believe that I too was duped by this site. I ordered four pinafores, around 90 dollars. Time will tell if they actually arrive. From what I am hearing above, even if they do it will not be to my satisfaction. I tried to cancel the transaction on my card, but once you hit that button you are committed. One thing that I have noticed with these sites, is that if you keep seeing the same styles by different no name vendors it is probably a scam! I will let you know how it goes! Buyer beware!

  22. The company's mission is well worded and appealing. I was about to complete my purchase but since they don't mention the return address, I send them a message through their website. I wanted to know that information before submitting my payment. The "Sent successfully, WE WILL DEAL WITH YOUR PROBLEM as soon as possible" made me suspicious and that's how I found this site. Glad that I haven't checked out!!

  23. I ordered a pinafore, Jane Austen style and a t shirt. I WAS given a discount.
It arrived on the 17th of May. They did not look like what they were advertised. Pale, low quality fabrics were used. The sewing was neat. The pinafore was snug at the waist. It was supposedly to be manufactured in Germany.
I have this to say. You were impressive and you made your profit. For this dishonesty you will pay.

  24. On May 3, 2021, I orders a Jumpsuit and have not received it. The next time I will research the company. It will be interesting if I receive the jumpsuit. I will give feedback if I receive it.

  25. I ordered 2 "leather" bags, 2 tops and 1 pants. Took awhile to get them but I ordered on 4/22 and received it around 5/12. But on website it says "high quality natural leather" and the leather is clearly low quality man made materials. The size are not too small but they're not very nice either. Don't shop here. I wish there's a way for people to see these before they make their purchase.

  26. On May 4th, I ordered two items, total of $59 and some change. Today is Wednesday May 11th and I have not had deliver of anything yet. Their email tracking system is weird. I doubt if I will ever see the merchandise. Be aware, I will so NOT purchase anything again from this "company" If I do get my items, will make another comment to that effect. Thank you.

  27. Same problem. Clothes are made of cotton that does shrink a lot after washing. Sizing is off , ordered XL to be safe, it fit more like a size 10, add in shrinkage and item is useless. Received four leaf clover necklaces, quality is what I expected - kinda "kitch" and inexpensive - good for token gifts for grade school kids.

  28. Ok. I purchased over $300 worth of merchandise. I am really worried after seeing this! Please let me know if you have any negative comments or if you find out if this is, in fact a scam

    1. I am here to tell you it's aweful. I ordered about $200 worth and its absolute crap. Not linen, not even sized correctly, cheap clothing. I should have dug further because when I go back to the sight some sentences do not make sense. Tried to contact for refund, no answer.

      1. Same thing for me. Really disappointed. And no way to get a refund. Do you think there's something we could do, or just accept that we’ve been scammed!

        1. You can try to get back your money by contacting your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.
