I placed 2 different orders in Nov 2022 and did not receive anything till today, 30th Jan 2023. Wrote to them twice and managed to get their reply - the same, "apologies for the delay in shipmen but your orders will be arriving soon" . . . . which obviously never happened. I have paid almost $300++
And now my 3rd email which I have been trying to send for the pas 1 week have been bouncing back as the email address is no linger in use!
I saw their ads in November 2022 on Facebook and unfortunately, placed orders of around USD 80. When the items didn't come, I emailed their customer service website (service@casweno.com). At first, they were very cordial with their emails and surprisingly, very regular with their replies. Then, a month went by, still no deliveries, no tracking information or updates of any kind. They replied when I emailed them, but never did they email first. They gave very lame excuses stating that the pandemic was causing shipping delays or the orders failed the QC test and blah blahs. I furiously emailed them to either send me the tracking information or refund me. They replied saying that they re-shipped the items and they would reach me after approx. 2 weeks. Now, almost 3 weeks has gone, and their email address has vanished from the web. Long story short, CASWENO IS A SCAM! Never trust these kind of fraudulent web pages.
I bought 2 pair of shoes since November and I never recieved I try to contact to the website service@casweno and doesn’t show any phone # or something to contact them, I never buy anything from them! this company just take your money and you never receive your product!

I am sorry to say that I Bought some items from casweno but I never received them.I am not the only person who bought from this site.I wonder how many people have been scumed by this company.Can really someone report this company on facebook ?
