I bought a pair of shoes from Carknew but they were very uncomfortable. I tried to return them but they made it almost impossible. Very low quality of products I buyed a pair of shoes that I waited like a month and when it arrived I realize that I throw away 19.90£ plus delivery on rubbish. Don't buy from them I shore will never do it again.
This place is a scam. Don't order anything from it. Ordered a pair of boots from them and they are too small. I want to return them and there is no address to return to. I have emailed web side and they don't respond.
I ordered a pair of boots from this company on January 5th. After weeks of waiting I received a email saying it was shipped. Trying to track the shipping number is a nightmare. Not knowing the carrier, I tried all of them to no avail.
After several emails to them, the answer is always the same, "due to backed up shipping it will be awhile before they arrive. I'm not buying this excuse and asked for a refund. I was told because the product was already sent there will be no refund. This is a total scam, how do I get my money back?
