This is the worst clothing and customer service combo -- EVER!
This company and the clothing that they sell is a total scam. I have worked in the fashion industry for over 20 years now so I should’ve known that their price point was too good to be true. Honestly all I was looking for was some cute and inexpensive swim cover-ups so tried this brand per their instagram posts thinking the quality would at least be at H&M level. Well, it is/was not, it’s absolutely the cheapest and grossest feeling (and looking) fabrication ever. The “prints” are all screen printed on the dresses, although in the photos it doesn’t look like that at all. The dresses that they are posting online are NOT the dresses that you’re being sold (and you will have to wait at least 3 mos. for this tacky stuff to arrive). Also the will NOT offer me a return option because they say that I can’t find anything wrong with their product. What’s wrong with their product is that it’s so cheap and ugly that I can’t even wear it out of the house, that should be enough of a reason to give someone a return. Every item is in its original packaging, I’ve sent them a photo of that and they still refuse to send me a return label so that I can get my money back. I’m thoroughly disgusted with this “company” and their lack of integrity and customer service and I plan to make sure that everyone knows what they’re really about.
