I have ordered one snow blower never got it and it was January 25th a 2021 that's bad people try to do what's right and people just take advantage of things big scam
I got scammed too. I ordered 2 snow shovels. I never got them and never got anything else either. But I did get a message that they had been delivered. NOT!!!! BIG SCAMMERS
I also ordered and paid for the snow shovel and got gloves. I’m now dealing with the company. I’m also trying to deal with them legally. I’m reporting them to the federal government. My bank will also be notified because they committed fraud. They keep saying check your mailbox which makes absolutely no sense. They need to be dealt with and stopped. Facebook needs to shut down their site.
Ordered from them an electric shovel around Christmas. Got NOTHING to date. Emailed and everything never answered. Such a scam.
Same thing , I ordered the lamps and received ear muffs . At first I couldn’t think of where these were from . Then I realized I was taken . Don’t order from cageraid .

They sent me a ratchet screwdriver and I ordered lights for $39.99. This ratchet isn't even worth $5
Yes yes yes I absolutely got scammed I received yesterday 2/18/23 a toboggan made of cotton material I’m so mad at myself for falling for such a scam my two lamps will never arrive and I’ve already contacted my bank… when I ordered mine the PayPal button did not work that should have been my first and last thing to do except get totally outta there with suspicion of it being a Scam… SCAM SCAM SCAM I read all the comments from all the people with pictures how much they loved their lamps … LIE LIE LIE they were fake pics but you can bet your sweet those pics are all gone … I’m so MAD ?

I too ordered from Cageraid. I placed an order for the snow shovel and a replacement battery. The tracking information showed it was out for delivery, but it was never delivered to my home. I've sent them multiple emails with no response. I tried going to their website and now I'm not able to.... I was only out $40 but still, it's not right.
I ordered same and it says it was delivered. Well what was delivered was a pair of ear muffs also!!!! I wish there was something that could be done!!!!!
I got scammed by these people also. I ordered the lamps where u buy one get one free. I got earmuffs apparently. No invoice, no tags, no nothing just stupid earmuffs.
let's see where do I start? I of course ordered the buy one get one free stained glass lamps with 11 globes and 7 foot tall. I've waited very patiently for these and in the mail I received a plastic bag with two labels on it peeling the top label off found a shipping number that connected to my order and they had sent me wonderful ear muffs, haha of course I did not order ear muffs. Contacted their customer service and in an email I was told I need to return those to China and then they would send my lamps and I inform them that since I did not order the earmuffs and it was their mistake I was not going to pay 10 times the value of your ear muffs to send them back to China that was their mistake.. however since I did have a contract and a receipt and a credit card statement for the lamps that I expected my lamps oh Nae Nae they were holding them hostage till they recived the ear muffs. Or were willing to give me 45% of my purchase price as a refund well as of today they now say if I send back the earmuffs they will give me 50% back of my total purchase price for the lamps not a hundred and I've had several email come back to me and it's like they don't even read what I bother to write they want to keep a percentage of my money and me to send back the earmuffs which they would not have known about had I not told them now I see it's kind of a ploy screwdrivers or earmuffs very unhappy and I'm not done yet.
Biggest scam ever. rokshan.com and cageraid.com are one in the same. Illegitimate website. Read online reviews and beware.

In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid using your PayPal account, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything. Show them this review. Good Luck!

They don't even sell lamps. They use the lamps as their ad on Instagram for example because they are so beautiful. If you go on cageraid.com or rokshan.com (same fake company), you will see they only claim to sell sweaters and one shovel. Ridiculous.
I ordered a lamp they said was delivered and it never was they responded a couple times to my email and now they won't answer emails and of course I still don't have my lamp

Purchased a cordless snow shovel from Cageraid. Several weeks later I received some type of scarf.
There were two labels on the package: one was on top of the other. The bottom label wasn't fully covered, and the shipping number matched the shipping number of the shovel I purchased. I emailed this information as well as a picture of what I received & the order tracking number.
I haven't heard a thing from them.

I ordered a Christmas tree from cageraid and they sent me a 5 dollar chaligraphy pin. They even taped a shipping label over the original and didn’t add their company name. Do not buy from cageraid
Oh my gosh that JUST happened to me!! I had no idea who sent me the calligraphy pen!! And yep, the shipping label was stuck right over the shippers name and address. Just wow!!!
