Same here! Ordered dumbbells in October 2020... never received my order, tracking was in Chinese and then they offered to reimburse... never did... this website IS a scam...
I ordered some Smart Dumbells on Oct 15, 2020 and was charged on my credit card on Oct 16, 2020.
They were supposed to be a pair a 50lbs adjustable dumbells. Today is Janary 20, 2021. Still never received them.
I complained and emailed constantly. I tracked and it stayed from China to a Canadian UPS depot and never moved from there. The weight listed was only 3.5 lbs. for a set of 50lb weights. I had UPOS investigate and the charges were reversed on my credit card.

Hello, Exact same is with me. I also order 1 bike tracking was showing 3 times waiting for customer clearance and further inspection. Since yesterday tracking no is also not working, sent them email twice but no response. I think this is a scam and loss of money
