  1. I was trying to buy something from site Pawppithouse.com. It mentioned free shipping if order was over $39 and then tried to charge me $4.99 for standard shipping. Then I ended up here so I will not order from this company.

  2. I purchased the retro-manual keyboard from Onestuff.store and received a bluetooth mini-keyboard for tablets. Dealing with their "customer service" was frustrating, as they would not accept that they had sent the wrong product despite conclusive pictorial evidence, even though they acknowledged the packing...which was a 6.5x8.5-inch lightweight padded envelope. As well, despite the claim of "you'll totally love it or you get all your money back" guarantee, I was only offered a 10% refund. I submitted a claim through PayPal, but after literally months of PayPal repeatedly pushing back the resolution date, I received from PayPal only a promise of refund if I shipped the item to China and only if receipt of the return was confirmed by the recipient. PayPal, however, provided only the Chinese-character return address, which my local USPS would not accept. As well, after Google translating the return address, I determined that an actual recipient - either company or individual name - had not been provided. I petitioned PayPal to provide the company name to be used as the recipient, and requested that the deadline for my providing the tracking information be pushed back since I had not been provided all the information I required. PayPal never responded and the deadline passed and my claim was closed. So not only was I swindled by OneStuff, PayPal kept its cut of the transaction. The whole ordeal definitely has left a sour taste.

  3. They advertised a wired-wireless keyboard, with a photo of the product, but shipped a completely different and obviously cheaper keyboard which I never would have ordered if it had been fairly pictured. Then they refused an RMA or refund. I have photos

  4. I received different pump. How to returned this item. I paid 1699 and it's totally different item I received. This is a scam!

    1. In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this post as a reference. Explain to them everything. You should also get a copy of the information for the tracking number from a post office that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item which will definitely have a different weight than the item you order. Show these details to the bank or credit card company or PayPal. People who had provided this information to the bank or credit card company or PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of a bank or credit card company or PayPal.

And, if you want to warn your friends and families about this store, then you can spread the word by sharing this review through your social media accounts.

      Good Luck!
