What is Bstkole.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling various products like REALISTIC HUSKY DOG POMSKY, REALISTIC TEDDY DOG LUCKY, THE WORLD'S MOST EFFECTIVE DOG TOOTHBRUSH, CAT HAMBURGER BED, FUNNY CAT & DOG COSTUME, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Bstkole is classified as one of the problematic sites because of its following drawbacks:

Company Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number are not furnished on its “Contact Us or About Us” details or anywhere else on its website whereas legit companies always provide such information on their websites. This makes it clear that it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for our online shopping destination.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logos of McAfee, Norton, etc. on its Product details page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products by providing unrealistic sales offers that is too good to be true. Only scam and problematic sites are found to be offering such discounts.

Copied Content:

Lots of content provided on its website as well as its website theme match with the other similar type of suspicious and problematic sites.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

Bstkole and similar types of sites have very poor customer support, as well as delivery time as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites. It may send fake or very cheap quality products other than what it has advertised on its website.

Our Final Verdict:

From the above facts, it can be concluded that Bstkole is one of the suspicious websites which we shall not trust.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. I received a mechanical toy that probably retails for about $10 in the US. I only opened the box, never removed dog. The website states: For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees
I was offered 10% refund or just give it to a friend!! Or you kidding me?? The site is outright deceptive and totally bogus ???

  2. Yes is a waist of time and money nothing but lies
They Are really thief. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY ?

  3. Thank goodness I read all the complaints before I tried to order it ! Right know the site is still up, but no one can order ! Yeah, it came from China, just like the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID 19) did ! I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re smuggling viruses in through the falsified fake dog look-alike ! I was sooooo hoping this would be a great item to get. Would love to get something like this for my kids ! I might even get hooked on it, who knows ?!!! ? As we all realize now, we need to READ before we buy ! I feel awful for the ppl that sunk into the scam. Sometimes ya just don’t know if it’s a scam or not till it’s too late ! Hope everyone gets their money back or sue the heck outta them ! Taking advantage of ppl is just wrong on soo many levels; & during a National CRISIS, it’s just uncalled for & unforgivable !! Cause of nasty things, obviously coming from China, China just can’t be trusted ANYMORE !!

  4. I got scammed with this too! Cheap, not as advertised, and unsanitary. Cannot give as gifts as intended because not washable!
    Advertised on Facebook
    Sellers: Christine Bill
    gary@honwin.net

  5. I got the realistic husky dog pomsky and it is nothing like the advertisement! I think they must use real live puppies in their advertisement and then send you a cheaply made replica, only the dog doesn’t look anything like the one in their advertisement! The dog does not move anything like the advertised dog, it’s bark sounds like a squeaky toy that you give to your pet to play with, the movements are very mechanical! They tell you to call the dog so it would follow you - instead it “walks” into the wall! In addition they sent a little toy for the dog to play with, but that doesn’t happen as all the dog does is walk, wag it’s tail and “bark” and that’s all! What a ripoff! I hope I can get a refund from PayPal when I lodge a complaint!

    1. Oh no, I ordered 2 and it says it’s coming from China????? I placed my first order weeks ago and even emailed them but never got a response back. I guess I need to just try and get my money back now but it might be to late as it’s saying it shipped but there’s no information! Ugh!!!!!

  6. I also ordered a dog and it was nothing like what they showed on advertisement. How can I get my money back?

    1. You can try to get back your money by contacting your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.

  7. Oh no! My sister ordered one for herself And 1 for our little sister for Easter. It still hasn't arrived. I was going to order 1 for myself after my sister showed me the web page that she ordered from. I decided not to because I figured it was probably some kind of scam and I told her that but Now I know for sure and I'm going to forward this Page to her so she can get her money back ASAP!! Thanks so much for having

  8. I am so glad I decided to contact these people and found out what I did. I guess I should have checked before I ordered. But lucky for me I didn't see where they had taken the money for it yet .But I guess I got a lesson taught to me about trust. These people will soon get caught and pay the price for cheating hard working people out of their money. Just keep your eye on the news and we'll be applauding their downfall. My heart goe out to all that got scammed!!!!

  9. I ordered the husky dog. Received a husky alright, a cheap stuffed disappointment. I tried to contact them to no avail! Shame on people that advertise this scam!!

    1. Sharon, I contacted them and did receive a reply....they want me to send them pictures of the husky, so in addition to the picture, I also sent a video! I am waiting for a reply now. The e-mail address I used to contact them is service@bstole.com. Hope this helps you!

  10. Fake products stolen money from me in return I received a felt-covered Dutch hound plastic toy never been so angry and all my life no answer to my emails no refund of my money how dare you

  11. Don't even bother trying to deal with them I fell for it, too, but only a day ago so, after a lot of research, I know I'm going to get the money back (I'd bought 3 as gifts) via PayPal. I'm hearing that when PayPal hears their name, they refund in about 12 hours. PayPal: 402-935-7733. I don't think these people have a clue how shameful they are but I get the sense they're laughing all the way to the bank...unless we stop them.

    1. HELLO SHAWNA MY NAME IS JUANITA AND I FEEL FOR THIS SCAM ALSO QUESTION YOU SAY STOP THEM BUT HOW IAM LOOKINH INTO A LAWYER FOR FALSE ADVERTISING BECAUSE THEY ARE MAKING A KILLING OFF HARD WORKING PEOPLE AND NOT TO MENTION PEOPLE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION I DO HOPE THEY GET CAUGHT AND SHUT DOWN GOD BLESS YOU

  12. Clara Cicco

I ordered a Pom husky. It was not an anything like what was advertised. After six week delivery I was so disappointed. I emailed them and they have given me the ran around. I have had the charge removed from my card. I also told them I would not pay for a misrepresentation in their product. They need to be shut down. Don’t fall for their false advertising.

  13. I was very disappointed with what I got .It was something one could get from the dollar . The ad looked very real and the dog looked like it could do alot like a real puppy. I was scammed big time.

  14. Any selling of good on the internet should have the same regulations as shops trading standards checking

  15. SCAM ALERT! I was scammed too. Don’t order from this store. I bought the husky plush and i got a hand sized cheap plush you would find at a dollar store. Flimsy and NOTHING like what they advertise. I’m teting to dile coaint with US Attorney General.

  16. They got me I despised the charge but if you give your 3 digit number off back of card your screwed they investigated it and said that it’s legit!! 60$ wasted!!!

  17. Bstkole and Christinebi are fake! YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE TWO SITES SHARE THE INFORMATION

  18. I also ordered one of the Huskies I finally got it after three or four weeks but it is not what I ordered either it never got none of that they sent me a pink poodle that didn't do anything but walk and bark and get on your nerves I wish I could return it if anybody knows how I can get my money back please let me know. Thank you.

    1. Yes you can get your money back through PayPal resolution centre, make a case, PayPal sort it out on your behalf, you don’t have to send back the items either

  19. I am so pissed about this company. I have been fighting with them for a refund and so far all they have agreed to is a 25% return and I can keep the "product". I ordered 2 of the Huskies expecting something similar to a reborn doll idea. Not something similar to those flipping dog toys you see in malls sometimes. This thing is not worth even that because at least those things flip. This thing does nothing except make me more angry. I have contacted PayPal for a refund but have spent the last several days fighting with them. Just as someone else said, their original response to my complaint was "The toy is like a real dog. We can't send a real dog because that would be painful for the dog in the shipping order process." And they want a high review?? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I stipulated that any chance of a mediocre review would be contingent on them changing their Facebook posts and comments as well as their website to reflect what they actually have. They claim they have but just checked and nope! So no mediocre review for you.

  20. Thank goodness for online reviews. I almost ordered several for my granddaughters but decided to check reviews first. You all saved my a lot of money and aggravation.

  21. I bought them for Christmas presents. What I received were regular stuffed animal dolls. They do NOTHING and have no place for batteries or anything mechanical Definitely a scam!!

  22. I’m irked I fell for this scam. They send a cheap toy I could have bought at the mall for a third of the cost. My kids are disappointed but hopefully old enough to remember this hard lesson in life.

  23. ABSOLUTE SCAM. NOTHING LIKE ADVERTISED. Cheap toy. I already purchased one like it for less than ten dollars that does more than this one does. I paid $34 dollars for this!!! Will alert PayPal.

  24. I was wondering about this sight so I looked them up real or scam on my Google and I see all these people that have been scammed. That happen to me at Valentines I sent my money for a product that was never sent, then was going to report them but found out they were a scamming site. All these are from the UK they are rotten to do scams. We just need to be aware and before sending our money ¡¡¡INVESTIGATE!!!

  25. Report them to BBB Internet Scams, I reported a bunch of scam stores selling Halloween items that did not exist and they got them down.

  26. i bought the husky for my grandson he loves my real dogs and cant have one at home. i got a little husky dog that i could have bought at walmart in the toy area. what a rip off never again.good luck getting your money back. march 15 2021 mischelle taylor

  27. I ordered mine for my granddaughter 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive it ?now that I read all the reviews I already know I got scammed so maybe I can get them back by telling my credit card company.

  28. Scam this toy is cheaply made. I ordered the Realistic Husky Dog Pomsky - it moves nothing like the one on the video and they sent me the wrong one! I received a pink something or other. There are no pink dogs! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!

  29. Such a scam, I bought the Husky for my grandchildren thinking it would be fun for them to interact with this small electronic dog. I waited almost 3 months to receive it and when I did, it was only a cheaply made stuffed animal!
    Don’t fall for this scam

  30. I was scammed by this company.. when I complained they had the cheek to tell me “they could not post a real dog through the post as it might hurt the dog” Nothing more than an insult to my intelligence.

I bought this dog for my granddaughter as she is unable to have a real dog. The toy dog they sent me did not work, did not look anything like the picture. Cheap and nasty inferior product.

  31. Well I got suckered twice! Stupid and trusting that I am. I hate to admit it, but I was buying them for my little grand daughters. I do try to avoid anything that looks like a scam when I purchase things. But the cuteness factor won me over.
These people need to be sought out and prosecuted. I hope to hear that gets done.

  32. Thank you for this. I had a feeling the advertisement for the Husky was too good to be true. That doesn't look like a robotic animal at all. I would love to have something like that, but I can get a cheap stuffed animal at any Wal-Mart. Thanks for saving me the $$ and frustration involved with ordering from bstkole.com.

  33. Bstkole Is now advertising under Magiceshop
There is a problem with the link on the advertisement, this is the link after we repaired >> megice.com

  34. It's a scam. My partner warned me beforehand that it was too good to be true but I thought, this day and age they could make something like that easily. I was wrong, I got a stuffed toy, wasn't even in tact, it had a hole in the side. Obviously I had to listen to the I told you so's for weeks afterwards. I'm not sure how Internet advertising works but this is a scam and should be cracked down on. I can only imagine parents ordering this for Xmas presents, waiting all that time for it only to be presented with a stuffed toy. These people need to be tracked down.

  35. They should be SUED .I tried to get A copamnion for my cat and all I got was a STATUE DIDNT EVEN MOVE LIKE A REAL ANIMAL LUKE IT SHOULD HAVE.IM VERY ANGRY ABOUT THIS.

  36. It is fake. A scam. They send you a cheap stuffed animal that you might win at the local fair. As of today, this website bstkoleshop.com is still being advertised on a block game i play off Google Play. Time to write the app i play and alert them.

  37. I went for this once and when I saw what I got I tried to contact them. They never got back to me. I almost did it again since it was from a different place.

  38. I feel like an old fool I ordered my grand daughter a husky dog what I got was a small dog that wasn’t worth 2 dollars didn’t do NOTHING What kind of world are we living in how sad and they’re still advertising them
