Bootsnug / Clearhush is believed to be one of the fraudulent sites on the basis of below stated reasons:

Different Website and Domain Names:

Its domain name i.e. Bootsnug .com and website name i.e. Clearhush are different, whereas legit websites don’t do such blunders. Instead of its domain name, it has mentioned the same website name on its policy pages, which occurs mostly due to copy-paste error.

Contact Information:

It has provided its parent company name on its Contact Us and Terms of Service pages as MELEDO COMPANY LIMITED. Let's tell you that there are lots of problematic sites operating under this parent company such as Lapplush, Wardrobetopic, Wokpure, BeginnerigShop, Hoeatlas, Ginnyung, PlaceciycShop, WodifyStore, Gumvalor, Ladlezip, AssumpicyShop, Mirrorrave, Biscuitdkk, Herofrost, Nudeavenge, Ideascoot, Odindiana, BarleySound, Chinlord, Watersloo, KowalewskaStore, LuckkcyShop, MichaelcoStore, Severalcatoy, Isbutterfllkk, Bestaadvicerk, Eternityoskk, Greatesthappyay, EverydayMoonrk, Aprilgaintrk, Whymoodyrt, PainttyShop, WarmfolShop, Resilientufz, Fathomkufz, Kudosotw, Roguefsl, CatrionaStore, Slashwtx, Lucentsh, Peachgood, etc. So, it is clear that this site is trying to hide the information, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Although it has provided its parent company name as Meledo Company Limited, but it may change its parent company name and address in the future since lots of similar kinds of sites are found to be doing so.

Discount and Sales offers:

It has listed lots of products on sale at unrealistic cheap rates which is almost impossible for any legit stores to offer even on Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

Copied content:

The website theme and lots of other details provided on its website match with multiple scam sites.

Returns and Exchange:

Its Return Policy is found to be very unrealistic to offer any kind of return and exchange of items to its customers. We have found this kind of online store hardly make any returns and exchanges in any conditions. So, it is almost impossible to get the full or even a partial payment back from these kinds of online stores due to their confusing returning and/or exchanging provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The delivery time, customer support as well as the after sales services of these kinds of online stores are claimed to be very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of online stores.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

NOTE: These kinds of sites are found to be changing their website name as well as whole content of their website from time to time. So, the following review is based on the details provided on its website on aforementioned date. If you find any other details than what we have provided on this review later, then that means this online store has changed its details. However, that still makes it a suspicious site.

Good Luck !

The company offered a greenhouse assembly on-line. What I received was a useless cabel set not worth more than $2.00. They are big time fraudsters making lots of money. I will let my credit card company sort this one out. My advice: Do not buy from them.

Yes, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything. You should also get a copy of the information for the tracking number from a post office that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item, which will definitely have less weight than the item you order. Show these details to the bank, credit card company, or PayPal. People who had provided this information to the bank, credit card company or PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of a bank, credit card company, or PayPal.
