What is BOOSALE.com?

It is an online shopping clothing store that offers attractive dresses, tops, bottoms, shoes, accessories and several other fashion items. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized BooSale as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

First of all, the company’s address and contact phone number has not been provided on its “Contact Us” or “About Us” details or anywhere else on its website. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide their information and if any company is not providing the verified company address then we shall not trust such companies.

Copied Images/contents:

It is using the copied images from the other site which the legit sites never do. Most of the images of the products are cropped as the faces of the models used in those images are hidden in order to escape from the copyright issues as it will be difficult for the copyright holder to find such images easily. Secondly, the quality of the images is also blurred and low as in other scam sites due to copied ones. Similarly, the contents of the website are also not the original but copied from the other similar types of suspicious sites such as CallForDress, Dearladi, Casuallycloth, Trendybeau and so on.

Discount and Sales offers:

Just think is it trustworthy that some genuine site really can afford to provide huge discount and sale deals i.e. above 25% on the price of lots of products they sell? Definitely not because how can they make a profit with this type of business strategy? We have found that such a strategy is used by most of the scam companies to attract and trick people on their website and it is also following the same strategy. So it seems like they are also be trying to scam the people.

Returns and Exchange:

It has Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and refund which says that the product must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for the return and exchange. Now without opening the packaging or using it, how can a shopper know about the quality of the product or the function of the product? However, they even make customers pay for the refund i.e. product return shipping cost which is mostly non-refundable. And the customer support, as well as delivery time, of sites similar to BOO SALE is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites. It is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to confusing provisions.

There may be an argument that after all they are offering refunds but you must be clear that they are only trying to escape from the consumer’s legal issues but actually this kind of refund policy is adopted by only the scam companies as getting a refund from them is almost impossible due to their this and that provisions.

Other factors which indicate BooSale to be the doubtful site are:

# It looks like yet another company which is following the same regular pattern and modus operandi i.e. content and website theme which other suspicious or scam companies generally use.

# It may cheat the shoppers by sending the fake or very cheap quality products other than they advertise on their website or lesser the value of the product.

# It has not secured its website due to which its customers’ personal information like their email address, credit card details or payment gateway details may be utilized for others benefits or maybe for the scam.

Our Final Verdict:

Based on all the above mentioned facts, it is concluded that BooSale is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. Don't ever order from this company. They steal pictures from other sites and it is not what they send. I ordered from them last year for my daughters wedding and was totally scammed. I even have a picture of what I ordered and what I received. This site is a total scam.

  2. I recently made a purchase from Boosale on late July 2020. It is now mid August 2020 and I have n0t received the order and the funds have been removed from my account. I didn't receive any email confirmation nor did I receive any tracking information concerning my order.

I visited there site to search for contact details and I was able to find an email for customer support (Customer Service: wearingpeal@tomailme.com). I wrote an email to their customer support to explain the situation and to get clarity of the issue. To my surprise the support email was not deliverable. So I continued to search the site and stumble across another email but this one was for returns and refunds (boosale@tomailme.com.). Guess what, the email as well was not deliverable. There is a number (+48 739660518) that I have made attempts to call with no luck.

So it seems that I have become a victim of a suspicious web site that gave me the impression that it was legit. This site is posing as if they are legit and the items that the offer are the same but it is all bogus. This site is a scam and I had to learn the hard way about this sites wicked intentions.

After trying to get in touch with the company through email and telephone number, I then decided to search the web a find out if it was a suspicious site and cam across this article. I just wanted to search my experience and inform anyone that is visiting that site not to do business with this scam site under any circumstances.

If things change with what has occurred with me I will post again to search any update.
