Boneknee complaints Boneknee fake or real Boneknee legit or fraud | De Reviews

So let’s start with the Boneknee review:

Boneknee is an online shopping store that is selling different products like puzzles, accessories, gift cards, and so on. However, there are so many things you must know about Boneknee before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Boneknee as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

Boneknee has mentioned its parent company’s name and address as Vankin Company Limited: 4/4a Bloomsbury Square, London, Greater London, England, WC1A 2RP. But when we searched about this company on Google, we found out that Vankin Company Limited has been registered at the UK Companies House. You should know the fact that there are multiple scam companies registered from the UK Companies House. Actually, it is very easy to register a company in the UK Companies House by providing the third person identities and virtual address which you can rent from the virtual address service providers. Even you can register a company in the UK Companies House without a big hassle.

Even we don’t find any proof that Vankin Company Limited is operating the Boneknee website. Moreover, this company's name and address have been used by other suspicious sites like WonderfulMemoryShop, Cookinee, Wimpsur, Anthoyham, CappottoMall, RosePuzzle, Bolonini, NewLifeNew, Galiban, Cinqion, Cafoton, lrisagi, AlanniyWig, CarryLucky, Ssincer, Qiutenmall, Followner, ColeerShop, Elestupro, Skybluely, Smiletuo, Tounymis, Voame, BuffaloGameShop, Dlyeolgd, Infday, Mocalily, Minsten, Stanlly-A, AmzonMall, Buachee, Smartmosre, Usmakeit, Ruimeil, Dkngadhub, SicilianLegend, Arthurpicks, CingoGrocery, UWorth, Plouting, Accfac, JennyIdeal, DivaNewLook, Yoskiz. BestGood, Sinceritty, and so on. All the sites with the parent company's name Vankin Company Limited have lots of complaints about not delivering the items on time and delivering very low-quality products which look completely different than what they have advertised on their website. So, this makes Boneknee a very suspicious website.

One of the email address it has provided i.e. service@kojfzj.xyz is also not related to its domain name and found to be used by other sites like Glassdoor, Qvpdkz, Zcloudl, Easylifel, KojfzjXyz, Dllackone, and so on.

Copied Content:

Lots of content as well as website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Discount and Sales offers:

Boneknee is offering unreasonable discounts and sales offers which seems unrealistic. Hence most of the scam sites do so to attract people to their websites.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to Boneknee is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites. Boneknee may send fake or very cheap quality products other than what it has advertised on its website.

Our Final Verdict:

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Above are some of the realities we have shown you after our research on how Boneknee and similar type of companies are doing their business.

Nevertheless, we have come up with the conclusion that Boneknee is one of the suspicious website. We really hope you understand our review on what Boneknee is all about and feel free to share your views about this company in our comment section below by providing your own Boneknee.com reviews.

  1. Ordered in time for Christmas (Dec 2) and didn't receive my puzzle until Jan 7. I ordered the Biltmore puzzle but received some puzzle with Christmas items in a framed box. The box had no picture on it at all but it had an insert inside with the picture of the incorrect puzzle. I sent an email and have yet to hear anything from the company. I'd categorize them as a total SCAM site.

  2. I also ordered the Christmas at Biltmore puzzle in December and didn't receive it until mid-February. Then it was the wrong puzzle, even though the item number on the box was the same as was advertised on Facebook, and was very poor quality. When I contacted the company, they offered me $5 compensation and said to keep the puzzle. When I told them that I wanted to return the puzzle and get my money back, they said would refund $7, but the remainder was for shipping costs. I gave up and took the offer. They did at least refund the $7 through PayPal. I think they are a scam. Today I noticed that the Boneknee.com website is not available.

  3. Worst puzzle ever. Did not look anything like it looked when it was ordered online. Didn’t know that it was from China until the order was placed. I had no idea this would be a Scam but it definitely is. When contacted them by email they said they would refund us $5.00. $5.00 whole dollars after we spent $25.00.

  4. I ordered a 1,000 piece puzzle on December 8th – said it would arrive by Christmas. A 500 piece puzzle arrived today (January 15th) in this tiny box that doesn't even have the picture of the puzzle on it like what was shown on the website. Scam.

  5. Took three months for the Biltmore 1000 piece puzzle to arrive. But, it was missing 18 pieces. No problem? E-mailed them at service@boneknee.com. It bounced back. No problem? E-mailed them at kojfzj.xyz. It bounced back. No problem? Called them at the number listed as being in England. No such number in all of Britain. No problem? Yes, a problem. Looked up reviews and found that boneknee is out of China. No way to contact them. It's a scam. Beware.

  6. Bought the Biltmore 1000 piece puzzle, but, it was missing 18 pieces. Took 3 months to arrive. E-mail address is bogus, as is the telephone number. No way to get a refund, or, anyone to complain to. Beware. You've been warned.

  7. Made a mistake buying the Biltmore 1000 piece puzzle, because, it was missing 18 pieces. E-mailed them, but, their address wouldn't accept it. Tried calling, and was told, 'No such number'. My advice, don't go there, like in buyer aware, like in, it's a scam. You've been warned.

  8. Same experience here. Advertised as Made in USA, but shipped from China. Tiny pieces. Nothing like advertised.

  9. I was scammed by this company. Ordered the Biltmore puzzle, have attempted twice to email the company, cannot track the order. The list goes on. At this point, all I can do is report it to my credit card company and to Paypal. I doubt that I will receive a refund. I will leave a negative comment on every IG and FB ad that I see, informing people that this company will scam you.

    1. You can also share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of it.

  10. same, same, same!!! Ordered a beautiful 500 piece Christmas puzzle of the Biltmore House, received a miniature puzzle in a 4.5” x 6” box, pieces so small you could t possibly work it! Took 30+ days to receive. Im furious!

  11. I ordered a Biltmore Puzzle in early December and it still has not arrived. When I complained they refunded my account $3 plus change. Has anyone been able to get a full refund? This is a terrible company. Had I known they were based in China I would never have ordered this product!

    1. Mine came today, January, 13, 2021. What a major rip-off. I can't possibly list all the ways I tracked down this puzzle, and it finally appeared! I really suggest that you start hoping it never shows up and you get a refund.

  12. I also got scammed by this company, ordered it for my mom's 99th birthday, she loves to do puzzles. They are so small she can t do them. No Biltmore lighted one was even in the three they sent. Do Not Ever Order anything from this Company.

  13. I also got scammed. I ordered a puzzle of the Biltmore which was advertised on Facebook. The package arrived from China. What I got was a box that was 3'' x 6" with no picture of the Biltmore anywhere. Inside was a plastic bag containing minuscule pieces no more than 1/2 " square.

  14. Same situation. I had to open a claim with PayPal to get the company to send my package. When I received it, it was very disappointing. It claims "high quality" but what you get is a generic box with no picture. The pieces are extremely small, 1/2" x 1/2" in size. These puzzles were expensive and I expected a much higher quality for the price then what I received. I would expect this from a $1 store!!! I can't imagine trying to return them to China!!! Do not waste your money! I wish I would have seen this review before I placed the order.

  15. This is a ripoff. They come from China and takes a very long time to get here. The puzzles are not of good quality and they are not the pictures you ordered. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE>

  16. Right on! Website promised item was "in stock" and would deliver by Christmas, buttttt... instead they sent it from China with a 30 -60 day delivery! Dishonest!!!!

    1. Dishonest isn't strong enough! However, it did come before Chinese New Year! Does that help? I am seriously kidding with you!
