Birkenshoe Store complaints Birkenshoe Store fake or real Birkenshoe Store legit or fraud | De Reviews

What is BirkenShoe.Store?

It is a shopping store that is claiming to sell Clarks brand products and has provided its website name of Clarks but has not provided any details about its association with that company. We also don’t find any evidence regarding its association with Clarks Company. So, this makes clear that it is neither an authorized seller for Clarks nor it is operated by this company which makes it an illegal company.

We have categorized BirkenShoe Store as one of the problematic sites because of its following drawbacks:

Company Address:

Its provided address is"S Brea Canyon Rd, Walnut, CA, 91789, USA" on its Contact Us page which is not an address of any specific building or location, so Google Maps pinpoints this address in the middle of the road around where there is no business with the name BirkenShoe Store that has been mentioned. This address is found to be provided by other similar scam sites like BirkenShoeStore, Yallier, etc. So we shall not trust such a company for our online shopping destination.

Its iven address is from the USA but on its Terms of Service page, it has mentioned its Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK. How can a company from USA be governed by the laws of the U.K.?

Its has provided free email address i.e. katieforman2962@gmail.com which is a free email address but not its domain specific one. Its another email "brook@stogaservice.com" is not related to its domain name. These email address are and found to be provided by other similar scam sites like BirkenShoeStore, Yallier, etc.

Security of the website:

It has provided fake trust seal logo of Norton on Payment Methods page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Copied Content:

Lots of content including its About Us page match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites like BirkenShoeStore, Yallier, Tygbox, Hounony, Czerasd, ArdoureShop, Jamsly, Lanjane, Elepetal, Oblulu, Floeweb, ChopuuStore, Lolipopn, Pradoly, BearOfSky, Fairy-TalesShop, HuichunShop, Upressor, Hoverh, Intimely, CnorthStore, Wehickory, PurpleHandShop, Airfrann, Yoyokel, Youngerpro, Lonmiya, SElepetalongsetin, Jenkinsa, HitShe, Clocove, Dealseamew, FainnoogStore, etc.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling products in the name of ClarksShoes but we didn't find any such Clarks products in the market. It has also provided unrealistic heavy discount prices which is too good to be true.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Based on the above mentioned realities, we can conclude that BirkenShoe Store is one of the scam websites which we shall not trust.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

Katie Forman's address now comes back as undeliverable. And the website is closed. Go figure. And of course I never received my refund I was promised for the poor quality product I received. Live and learn. I laugh because I just got done telling my dad NOT to order off of Faccebook ads for this exact reason. Never again.

I have foot problems and wear Birkenstock sandals. I thought that Birkenshoes would be a nice change. I ordered the beige slip ons. I immediately cancelled after looking at the reviews. I emailed constantly without a response. When they arrived, they were garbage. All plastic. I’m embarrassed and angry. I don’t know if PayPal can help. I mailed the shoes to a return address in Mississauga Ontario. Scammers!!

  3. Run away! They quickly processed my money, gave no notice on shipping, when I tried to cancel the order they quickly WERE shipped out so it's too late for a refund, and when they arrived they are of rediculously poor quality. They offered $9 refund and I could keep the shoes. Pssht. I pressed to have an address to return them (which would be a $28 trip to China -- even though they came to me from a New York address). Don't buy anything here!!!!

I ordered a pair of supposed Clark shoes and what I received was not only the wrong size but definitely Not a Clark quality shoe. After 3 discussions with the company, I was offered a $5.00 credit, a 15% credit and finally a 25% credit. I have contacted my credit card company and disputing the payment to this company. Never again will I get ducked in on Facebook.

  5. 5 weeks I waited for the Clark sandals/shoes since they came from China and are not made in the USA and they are not Clark shoes as I have real Clark sandals. A total rip off cheaply made and dissatisfied with the product. Going to see if pay pal will refund my money. Hard lession to learn. Never again will I buy items from facebook ads.

I've been scammed too. I waited for a month and the website still showed my purchases as "awaiting shipment" so I emailed to cancel the order and got no response. I then went through Paypal and they passed on my cancellation, then 2 days later the items showed 'shipped'. They came and were rubbish. They were not leather or suede and the 'cork' soles were imprinted plastic. I am in a resolution process with Paypal and awaiting outcome. I will be advising Paypal not to deal with this company in future.

  7. I had the same experience. Thought I was getting a Clark sandal but it is a knock-off at the same pricing. No labeling on the sandals at all. Didn’t fit so I asked for a return and refund. Vendor stated they were an overseas company and could only give a 50% off coupon for a future purchase or 15% refund. The original email stated that a return and refund was possible. Fraud!!!!!

  8. I paid $39.99 in May for a pair of “Clark’s” leather slides. Received them a month later (several days ago) and they are clearly not leather, and not Clark’s. The quality is inferior. I have emailed customer service 3x and have yet to get a response. The customer service email is mailto:katieforman2962@gmail.com. This sure is looking like a scam to me. I will contact my bank and credit card. Who else do I report this to?

You just report to your bank or credit card company is enough to get a refund.

I received my Order if two pair of sandals after one month. They are very cheap quality, and arrived in my mailbox stuffed in a bag. There is no statement or return address. No one replies to my email to return the product and for a refund. It’s a scam.
