What is Biohye.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling various products such as Santa Claus Musical Climbing Rope, 16.4FT MULTICOLOR LED ANIMATED OUTDOOR CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTSHOW, Turkey Slingshot 5 PCS/BAG, Christmas Gift Doll Bags, Magic Growing Christmas Tree, Santa Claus Musical Climbing Rope, Emergency sleeping bag for outdoor life to keep warm and waterproof, Creative Home Beautification 3D Tile Stickers, 2021 super bright light sensor mini LED headlamp, Multifunctional dog repeller Ultrasonic & LED flashlight, 220° Wide Beam LED Headlamp, Boxing Reflex Ball Headband, Portable 18 In 1 Mini Snowflake Pocket Multitool, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Biohye / Fortling is classified as one of the doubtful sites because of the following drawbacks on its website:

Company Address:

It has mentioned its parent company's name and address on its Contact Us and Terms of Service pages as Hymax Company Limited: 344-354 Gray's Inn Road, London, Greater London, England, WC1X 8BP. We also don't find any evidence that Biohye is operated by Hymax Company Limited. It has also provided the image of its parent company’s name and address instead of writing directly on its website which is mostly done by sites when they copy-paste other company’s address so that no one can find them searching the given parent company name and address on Google. Moreover, this company name is found to be used by other suspicious sites like Vtslo, DariaGift, DrseyTop, UsBestLamp, FlexeHag, GoinXmas, SuperNewIn, Worddf, Guanget, OurClearance, WeClearances, Bgfdsl, Higgas, NowClearance, Strmhn, Labwant, Cherveni, Ketynef, Berrystye, Carpceter, EconomicBlue, Heluns, FamousPops, and so on. It has not provided the contact phone number on the website as well. So, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. fulcoaidanmc59@gmail.com is a free email address but not its domain specific one.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of items at heavy discount rates which is a strategy followed by lots of scam sites these days to lure people into their scam.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites. Its About Us page also similar with multiple other sites like Ponyroly, Onbela, Billaur, KeyBlueRiver, BestNativityTop, Leticiawynne, SopaShop5, TreadBlue, Vtslo, Chictaro, HugSeven, Helaoy, Greeniniu, CompeteAbode, UuStamps, DariaGift, MoleLucky, OurLuckyMall, UsBestLamp, Haduly, etc.

Its domain name i.e. Biohye.com and website name i.e. Fortling are different but legit websites don’t put their website name differently than their domain name and the same website name is also mentioned on its policy pages instead of its domain name which occurs due to a copy-paste error of contents.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Considering the aforesaid reasons, we can draw a conclusion that Biohye / Fortling is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. Yep I am a sucker who bought the 16.4 inch multicolor Christmas tree and all I received was one short string of lights and a remote. Although the lights are pretty cool, I paid for the whole tree. I am going to try to contact them, but after reading this, I doubt I will have much luck getting a refund.

  2. I,too ,ordered the scamming lighted tree, no tree, a tiny 50 cents , set of fairy lights. Never ordering from China directly again

  3. What a huge scam regarding the tree light show. It is hurst a string of cheap lights with a USB port for charging and a hand controller. Not worth 5 cents. SCAM- out $80.00

  4. LED Christmas light tree is a total scam. All we got was a 5m string of lights not a 5m Christmas tree as described. Just shows if you think it’s too good to be true it probably is. 🙁

  5. Biohye/fortling multi-colored led lighted tree is a scam. All you get is a string of led lights with a controller. No tree frame at all. Last time i order anything off facebook.

    1. so true it’s a scam and false advertising it’s only a string of lights no frame. For the price of $79. 98 for 2 with a tax $84.37 that i paid for and u will just get a string of lights in a very tiny box like a purse size so disapppointed.

  6. Fraudulent mis selling company I order what I thought was the 6’5” Xmas tree with illuminating lights but a very small string of lights appeared - rubbish hope nobody ever buys from them

  7. I found this review site (after ordering from them).
I bought a tree at $40 with express delivery for $10 - I'm UK by the way, it was charged in USD.

What turned up was not a tree, it was a very small, very cheap set of LED lights, could fit in the palm of my hand - indoor powered USB, totally different from the order. The order took 12 days to arrive.

I have given them the opportunity to put it right by issuing me with a full refund in the next 7 days. I shall post another entry with the outcome, if it was a genuine mistake rectified by them, or if indeed it was a scam, in which case I shall ensure as many people as possible know not to use them.

Worth mentioning, their phone number on the contact us page is not a valid phone number and their contact us email address is a google address, so probably a 1 man band with a shopify site, possibly legitimate (dropshipping from China) or possibly a scammer - we will soon find out.
