I ordered a toy back in June - waited patiently until July, asked where the product was as tracking had not been updated for a couple of weeks. Received reply saying they were checking with the courier. Waited another couple of weeks then emailed asking for refund - no reply. Emailed again at end of August and again in September - nothing heard. Beware!!
I ordered the kids busy house back in July and now in October it still hasn't arrived. When I emailed over a month ago I was told the package would be going through customs in Sydney, Australia which is what the tracking information reflected. I have since emailed twice in the last few weeks and have not received a reply and now there website doesn't even exist... So frustrating
same here.. now they are not replying anymore, I also bought a toy for my son last June and until now there's none. the tracking number I asked them why still in China then they've mentioned that it won't be tracked once arrived here and that they will just followup with their courier. now they are not replying in any of my messages anymore.
I purchased a product for my grandson which never arrived, when I emailed their customer service department I receive the same reply everybtime...'they are getting in touch with their courier. I said the wait was too long and wanted a refund but to no avail. They are a scam company BEWARE!
