BigSuprise.Shop Review: Ingenuity Scam or Legit?

BigSuprise Shop, also known as Ingenuity, which is selling various products such as various products, doesn’t seem to be a legit or genuine online store. Does that mean BigSuprise Shop is a scam? Well, let’s find out either is a BigSuprise.Shop scam or trustworthy and what is BigSuprise.Shop in real through our BigSuprise Shop review here. So, let’s begin with our BigSuprise Shop review / Ingenuity review.

BigSuprise Shop complaints BigSuprise Shop fake or real BigSuprise Shop legit or fraud | De Reviews

BigSuprise Shop, which is also known as Ingenuity, might be a fraudulent online store due to the following reasons:-

# BigSuprise Shop has provided its company's address as "No. 4, Building 45, Group 2, Jinzhou Community, Liqi Street, Hongta District, Yuxi City, Yunnan Province" on its "About Us" page. However, Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address but only the partial match. Every legit online store will provide detailed contact information which can be verified, only scam online stores don’t care to provide the real contact information.

# Like lots of scam sites, the website BigSuprise Shop has also poorly designed which looks similar to lots of scam sites. For example; its website theme is very untidy; although it has provided its address from China, it has mentioned its Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK on its "Terms of Service" page; it is selling lots of items by providing a heavy discount rate which is too good to be true; lots of details provided on the BigSuprise Shop website match with multiple scam sites; it is very difficult to get a full refund as per its Return Policy which says the items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund, the buyer is responsible to pay the return shipping cost, only regular priced items may be refunded but sale items cannot be refunded, etc.; it hasn’t secured its website properly with security services like McAfee or Norton and so on. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information can be stolen.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items.

# Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

# Actually, these days you can find lots of online stores which haven't provided any contact information or have provided the fake contact information such as ShopDealux, Prodstop, Pink-Lotus, Jonespas, Shawohz, Rogersy, Bakerpas, Henryop, Suepas, Roskoh, Zarawn, Pranem, Expnm, Whalegot, Logmodels, Amawen, Turkenow, Luckwa, Newmuy, Zaloray, Wearule, Wewmea, Bayozo, Sheinse, Manzea, Sammaw, Morrisoh, Whynboshop, Zrevo, Dimenticarti, YourPetClub, MagicTranslator, Carfler, ChapelGadgets, JinnieStore, BFGlasses, CycloneBlender, VveoskLife, Annjolies, WhateverYouBuy, Eternaltube, IMShopSavvy, GetGotGotten, IHollyHome, Tumeyy, Loracmoon, Bloopzie, Swamay, ThekShoppingTVShop and so on.

This site is definitely a scam. I placed an order on 4/20/2020 and as of today 7/14/2020 I have yet to receive my order. I have somewhat been in contact via email with the " company", however they just tell me to " please continue to wait". The tracking they gave me does not ever update. The website appears to no longer exist, so I'm pretty sure that I was scammed out of $30.

  3. 13th May 2020 - WARNING - My order took forever to arrive (2 mths). Admittedly we're in the middle of COVID-19 so understandable. However, neither items (cardigans) were anything like what I ordered. They both were supposed to be wool; however one was a cotton blend the other acrylic; neither were close to the colour of the samples viewed on the website and the styles were completely different as well. If I could upload photos compared to screenshots I would do so you can see.
I'm completely disappointed. Feel completely ripped off.
WARNING - do not trust them.

You should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.
      Good Luck!
