This is a SCAM ..do not buy from Them
A scam been 3 months and no puzzle. Very disgusted. Have contacted support via email. Package is in hands of courier or something. Tracking shows “airline departure” so it must be on an airplane. For 3 months. Slow plane
Don't buy from them. Although I'm usually careful about ordering from unfamiliar sites, I took a chance and lost. (Lesson learned.) I purchased several puzzles as gifts. They took a lot longer than stated to arrive, and when they did, the order was completely wrong and poorly packaged. All but one of the puzzles were incorrect. The pieces were packaged in small, cheap, clear plastic boxes with a small picture taped to the top of each box. Their customer service has been unresponsive. None of these can be given as gifts, and I'm trying to get PayPal to refund my money.
I purchased three puzzles from this company on March 12. I received an email stating my order had been shipped on the 13th. To date, I have not received my order.
Definitely a scam. Trying to get my bank to refund the money. ALWAYS check the source before ordering ☹
