  1. Do not deal with this company
I ordered a sewing machine and was sent a scarfe instead ... unable to get any customer service or my money returned. Items sold on this site are a complete con highly recommended to avoid using this company.

  2. I was going through my spring cleaning emails and man do they go far back. Well I found this email that said thank you for your support but there was just a message and no content. No order form of payment was attached, no receipt, it said nothing about what I purchased. Period!
So my title to investigation stirred me-up and went to my office called the website. I found it!! I’ve been scammed. This order took place the 2nd of June 2020, with a purchase order of #1200160783 and i am placing this number here in case you receive one as well with the same number.
But golly that’s how far back my inbox goes and more because I haven’t finished I am just cleaning for now.

    From a sincere heart,

  3. It took them so long to deliver the fake sunglasses instead of the $150 hoodie I ordered that my credit card company said it was over the 60 period so no help there. I don't understand how these people can get away with this & I'm supposed to be ok with losing almost $200 with "taxes & shipping"?!? I actually contacted my credit card co the next day after ordering because I ordered from Zumi.com but they sent me a shipping confirmation from this bhlshop.com & gave a tracking # starting with a "L" which I knew was China post & this store is at the mall not China. Anyways, they told me I had to wait until the item was delivered... I'm totally screaming WT.. at this point.

  4. I bought on a site with this email, the purchase was 4 pairs of shoes and they gave me fake rayban glasses. I have already written it but I have no answer, I paid with a debit card two months ago and only now did they give me these glasses. what I can do

    1. In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this post as a reference. Explain to them everything. You should also get a copy of the information for the tracking number from a post office that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item which will definitely have less weight than the item you order. Show these details to the bank or credit card company or PayPal. People who had provided this information to the bank or credit card company or PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of a bank or credit card company or PayPal.

      Good Luck!

    1. If you have purchased something from a store with the contact email address "support@Bhlshop.com", then definitely you have been scammed.
