You should know the fact that there are multiple scam companies registered from the UK Companies House. Actually, it is very easy to register a company in the UK Companies House by providing the virtual address which you can rent from the virtual address provider services as well as by providing the third person identities. Even you can register a company in the UK Companies House without a big hassle.
On top of that, BestGood has provided the image or screenshot of its address than directly writing on its website. Normally, the scam sites provide their company’s address in such a way so that no one can find them by searching on Google. They do this when they use the company’s address which belongs to another company. Even we don’t find any proof that Vankin Company Limited is operating the BestGood website. So, this makes BestGood a very suspicious website. Moreover, this address has been used by other sites like Yoskiz.
It has also provided another company address in its Privacy Policy as 3rd Floor, Building 3, Building 6, Anhua Community, No. 18 Tairan 8th Road, Tian'an Community, Shatou Street, Futian District, Shenzhen. However, this address can’t be verified on Google Maps or by doing Google Search since only the partial address appeared in the Maps and there is no any company or shop or store with name BestGood Store that has been mentioned on and around that partial address as well.

The email address i.e. haizhide2019@163.com and yidacheng2020@163.com are not related to its domain name and another email address service.customer.caring@gmail.com is also a free email address but not a domain-specific one.

I believe this store is a scam. I purchased some water filters and they never arrived. That was over a month ago.
Not certain about reasons for the negative comments & ratings -- but I ordered an item from Walmart.com, and that product was produced and shipped by Best Goods. The product was delivered in a timely manner, despite the delays caused by COVID-associated problems. The item was brand new, as indicated -- and but for one small minor part, the overall condition was perfect.
I contacted BestGoods for a replacement part \-- and the customer support rep was responsive, understanding (in that I did not have the means to send photo proof of the part at issue), patient, and just plain wonderful.
I've yet to test all functions of the product purchased (spa tub) -- but suffice to note, it's a cost-efficient, user-friendly, innovative product that's bound to spare me the expenses associated with more "conventional" options. Walmart.com aside, KUDOS to Bestgoods -- and in particular, to the Customer Service Rep(s) who know the true meaning of "Service." I'm about to indulge in a leisurely, relaxing, therapeutic, aromatic soak in my new spa tub... … And what, exactly, are the rich and famous doing this afternoon ????
