I ordered a product on a 'buy one get one free' offer and despite my order email stating this, I only received one item and after numerous emails back and forth they still say I am not entitled to the second item. Additionally, the product that I did receive is of very poor quality and not at all how it appeared on the website. Unfortunatley I have learned a lesson regarding on line ordereing!
