I have sent an email to them almost every week for the past three years. they read the mail but do not reply. I wish i knew who to contact to trash them on the web. A total lot of liars and scammers. I will keep on sending them mail every week for however long it takes for them to reply
I ordered the 439 piece toolbox and got what looks like a kiddies toy set with 6 items in a platic case. Have contacted them via e-mail and they now want me to either return the item at my cost or give me a 45% refund.
I'm going to put them as scammers on all forms of social media and thinking about going to the police to lay a charge.

We also ordered 2 riding toys for our grandchildren on October 7, 2021. We also received 2 boxes of the smallest, strangest puzzles we’ve ever seen, plus a fidget! Have ordered gifts for Christmas, but have not received anything remotely like what l ordered still continuing to talk to them.
I ordered 2 electric cars for my children for Christmas- “order 2, get free shipping”. Today I received 2 small wooden puzzles in the mail. THIS IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I ORDERED. How do I voice a complaint and request a refund???!!!
I ordered two electric kids cars and received two inferior remote cars. Nothing near what I ordered. After numerous emails they said they would refund half of what I paid and I said no. I want what I ordered or a full refund. I am sending their rubbish back to them. I will wait and see what happens.

This is a scam. I have ordered Electric toy car for my grandchildren. I paid a lot of money and received three small pocket size cars. This is so disappointed. Please people be careful.
I ordered a childrens electric ride on and was sent a fidget spinner!!!! I tried to argue the case within the paypal resolution centre but because the seller had a tracked proof of delivery it didnt go in my favour to get a refund. Complete scam company who make it look legit. Makes me so angry!

Hi I am from NZ and the delivery time it says to get here I thought was unrealistic but went ahead and ordered. I have followed emailed and I get the same message back to be patient clso using covid and keeps saying that its in transit but they cant provide a tracking link either as I keep asking for one.

They got stolen pictures from legit retailers on their toolbox offer atleast. Pictures have been just cropped a bit to look different at first impression. Seems 100% scammer.
