It is providing unreasonable discount and sales offers on the price of lots of products it sells which seems unrealistically cheaper. Hence most of the scam sites do so to attract people in their website.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and exchange of the products. It further says that you are responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise. Thus, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

    DONT buy from BALLOONWELL! They are a scam! We ordered the ivy privacy fence and WHAT A JOKE! We got half of what we ordered and it was maybe 10 inches tall and 12 inches wide! I’m out $103 but I learned my lesson!

    I wish I had checked this before I ordered. Out $180 and nothing to show for it! Contacted AARP and BBB...just sent emails to Michael Finney and NBC’s consumer advocate.
    Facebook needs to vet their advertisers.

    After reading these comments, I wrote the company and got the same "they sent it to the wrong address" response. I then filed a complaint with PayPal and we are getting our money back

    First, I received this item months after I ordered & when it finally arrived, the size is way to small than advertised. It wouldn't even cover the bottom railing never mind the whole porch.

    ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no phone number, and when I emailed, they sent this message "We are so sorry for this case.
    Since we’ve sent what you ordered, if there is no other problems with the products, it won't be supported to return or exchange.
    Please note it.
    Thanks for your understanding."

    Clearly, all the advertised photos are for a much larger hedge. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT A - 100% Risk-Free Purchase ?

    This product was cheap and small as you can see from the photos below. This statement is a LIE!!! - We truly offer the most stunning, trendy highest-quality products in the world.

    AGAIN, ANOTHER LIE!! THEY WILL DO NOTHING TO RETURN OR REPLACE. THIS IS ALSO 100% LIE!! - We will do WHATEVER it takes with outstanding customer service support to assist everyone as we highly value our customer satisfaction with absolute ZERO risks.

    I HAVE DOCUMENTED MY DISSATISFACTION IN WRITING WHICH IS NOW A MATTER OF RECORD FOR MY ATTORNEY TO HANDLE SINCE BALLOON WELL DID NOTHING TO HONOR THEIR CLAIM. - We make sure that every customer is 100% satisfied in every aspect!

    DON'T BOTHER APPLYING FOR A REFUND, IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HONOR YOUR PURCHASE. - If you are not satisfied with receiving the goods, you can apply for a refund.

    Bad, bad , bad!!!! Something should be done to stop these thieves!!’ Never received my order! Nothing but excuses from “customer service “. Asked for a refund and of course NO REPLY’.

    I ordered the privacy fence in March. Still waiting for it. They even dishonestly added that the order had been fulfilled. Liars. I hope every dollar they stole from me chokes them! Caroline Li, (liar) have a nice day!!!

      I, too, ordered more than one privacy fence o. March 2, 2021, and I have yet to receive anything other than a confirmation number. After reading these comments, I will try to contact the company to see if I will ever receive my order. I’m very disappointed and upset as I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to cost reduction ($58.46 down the drain)! I should’ve stayed with QVC!!!!!!!

    My sister-in-law ordered from this company. It's been 2 months and she has yet to receive the product (although it sounds like if she ever does, she's going to be terribly disappointed.) She's been asking for a refund -- since immediately they collected her money -- but they've refused. Terrible!

    Yes, BEWARE!!!! they definitely are a scam!! I ordered one of their privacy fences, and it was a joke! Two-inch spaces offering NO privacy whatsoever. I simply opened the package, and could immediately see that it was not at all 'as advertised'. So, I tried to return it. HERE IS MY FINAL CORRESPONDENCE WITH THESE CRIMINALS:
    Thank you for your offer, however, I am not interested.

    Can you tell me why you are not honoring your ‘Return Policy’ as stated on your website?

    What is stated there for all of your customers to see is either fraudulent, and must be reported, or you need to return the full amount that I paid.

    Again, here is what your company website states. See # 4:

    RETURN POLICY
    1. Items may be returned by delivery. Simply contact us and describe the problem (with photos) or the return reason along with your order number.
    2. Items must be in original unworn condition.
    3. We are responsible for the following: marks, broken zipper, rips or tears, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. Please be assured that we will accept full responsibility for any errors or issues that are our fault.
    4. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), please contact us to arrange a return. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
    5. Orders must be returned with a tracking or reference number and your order number written clearly on the outside of the parcel.
    6. We will process your exchange or refund once we have received the item(s) at our international returns facility.

    Do you think that your customers would find this to be fair and honest??

    Do you think that groups that defend Consumers against dishonest business practices, like yours, would find this to be OK?

    If you are not going to return the full amount that I paid, I would suggest that you put me in direct contact with one of your managers there because I don’t think they are going to be very happy with the next steps that I am going to take.

    If I do not hear back within 24 hours, that I will be receiving a full refund, I am moving forward with what I stated previously, along with additional steps, including-filing a report with the Better Business Bureau, multiple Consumer Protection agencies, and Attorneys that protect consumers, and I will post numerous negative reviews across as many online platforms as I can find.

    This is not about the money. It’s about the principal-your dishonest business practices, and that matters. You cannot lie to people in your ‘’Return Policy’ and then steal there money. At least be honest and say “No Returns Allowed’ All Sales are Final’. I would not have a problem with that.

    This company is a scam. I ordered the ivy screens ($67) and they are listed as delivered but I did not receive them. The tracking number was nonexistent when I clicked on it and I got "suspicious IP" address.
    Found on Facebook. DO NOT BUY FROM FACEBOOK ADS. they are not policing them and take no responsibility
