These are not Clark’s shoes, but a cheaply made product that reeks of chemicals. I am so disappointed that I fell for this scam.
Ordered”Clark’s shoe”. Not as described, not even the size I ordered. Not leather and different looking. No way to contact . After reading their review here, I decided not to pursue. Lesson learned. Will donate to Goodwill and have called credit card company to secure my info. Never again will I order from Facebook!!!!
Tried for a refund as the boots were wrapped only in plastic and one boot was cut in transit. 13 emails later they will not offer replacement or refund. They will give me a 10% refnd if I pay the return shipping costs. STAY AWAY
I too have been scammed. The product is not what is advertised, and the company has given me the runaround regarding a refund.
This company is a complete scam! The boots I received were not what was pictured on their site. Very cheaply made! No luck contacting anyone for a refund.
Never received the boots a total scam .
My wife found this store and asked me to order two pair of shoes. I wish I would have have found this site first. The shoes smell of chemicals, are poorly made.. right down to the shoelaces that are just cut, without an aglet. Unhappy with the quality I initiated a return. The person on the other end of my e-mail chain (6 emails so far) refuses to send me the return address and has only offered a 30% refund. I would not suggest anyone deal with this site/store. The pictures on line are nothing like the product received.
