We order over$300.00 of lids from this website. They weren’t Ball as advertised and not made in the USA. The package was mailed from California to us. When We gat the lids they were just dumped in a plastic bag and mailed in the bag. They were in surprisingly good shape. Than we found out they were made in China. We started the process of returning them. To return them we have to return them to China. The cost to do that is almost half of the cost of the lids. I don’t know what we’re going to do at this points.

I ordered several packs of Ball Canning lids. However, I received cheap generic canning lids made in China. I asked for a refund and they offered my around $5 for an order that was in excess of $18. When I complained, they offered me around $10 or sending the lids back and i had to pay for the shipping. This is false advertising and there should be a way to hold them accountable.
I placed an order of $17.44 for Ball Canning Lids. However, I received cheap generic canning lids made in China. I asked for a refund and was offered around $5. When I complained, they offered me a little more or I could send the order back (to China) and I had to pay the shipping.

I ordered over $80 rings and lid from this bogus Ball company thinking I was getting Ball product from US but not cheap knockoffs and the rings have threads that don't even match any jar. Same thing here as with PayPal, I can send the items back at my expense for a refund or get a meager credit for partial cost. The lids bend and the rings also useless. I'm just out my money and no one to help me. Now this seems to be a scam too!!!!!! I think I'll just contact the attorney general for consumer protection.
ME too. I tried to cancel my order but it had already been shipped. They want me to open the package to be sure that I don't want the merchandise, and then they will send me the address to return it to. Can I just refuse to take delivery? Also, note that the website is no longer available. I wonder how many of us got duped!!
I had the same issue. The want them returned “unopened” but are requesting photos of each item.
I ordered what I assumed was 8 cases of jars, I received 8 jars. What a rip off!
100% a scam. Placed an order for 144 32 oz jars and 144 16oz jars. I was suspect of paying with PayPal and I shouldn’t have sent the $200. Order shipped way late and I got notification that it was coming from China and not the US like they touted. I received 12 jars total and they refuse to let me return the unopened items for a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
