Azaley complaints Azaley fake or real Azaley legit or fraud | De Reviews

So let’s start with the Azaley review:

Azaley is an online shopping store that is selling different fashion products like tops, two-piece sets, dresses, sweaters, cardigans, casual dresses, and so on. Further, there are so many things you must know about Azaley before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Azaley as one of the not recommended sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The parent company’s name and address of Azaley are mentioned as Xehia trading Ltd, 159 Green Lanes, London, N13 4SP, UK. This company address is found to be used by other suspicious sites like Yowari, Eviph, Menbuying, Vohaya, LuneRosy, Queecy, Capelleo, Chlory.Myshopify, Geyami , Carllon, Finloe, Eraveth, Berrice, Lolanth, Khith, Slorne, Jewerr, Samozy, Cucoci, Eliworth, Achyson, Oaclay, Breyya, Hemphil, Dorryn, NorozaNoliky, Opdil, Ivezy, Casspy, Linthia, Paztto, Poritt, Oallax, Chicloth, and so on. Legit company always provides a separate company address but not the one used by several other suspicious sites. Besides, it has also not mentioned its link with those websites anywhere on the website. A legit website always mentions its connection with any other sister website if any. So it makes Azaley yet another suspicious site and we shall not trust such companies for online shopping.

Likewise, the contact email addresses of Azaley: azaley@wouldmail.com is very much similar to the email address of multiple suspicious sites using @wouldmail.com email address such as Finloe.

Security of the Website:

The trust seal logos of VeriSign, McAfee, Norton, and so on provided by Azaley at the bottom of the website and Checkout page are fake because they are not clickable. However, the real trust seal logos should be clickable so that we can click on them which should send us to the official verification webpage of respective trust seal providers to verify those trust seals. On top of that, the VeriSign logo has not been used since 2012. The Norton Secured logo is the legitimate seal provided by the same company now, VeriSign no longer issues SSL certificates so there is no longer a valid VeriSign site seal. So, there is no point in providing both VeriSign and Norton logos on the same website. Mostly scam sites provide such fake trust seal logos which makes Azaley a very suspicious and unprofessional website as well as an unsecured website. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Copied content:

Most of the images of the products Azaley is using are cropped as the faces of the models used in those images are hidden in order to escape from the copyright issues. Secondly, the quality of the images is also blurred and low as in other scam sites due to copied ones. Similarly, lots of content of the website as well as the website theme are also not the original one but copied from the other similar type of sites like Yowari, Eviph, Vohaya, Queecy, Capelleo, Chlory.Myshopify, Geyami, Carllon, Finloe, Berrice, Lolanth, Khith, Slorne, Jewerr, Samozy, Ladyjuju, Tatinna, Eliworth, Achyson, Oaclay, Breyya, Celabby, Hemphil, Dorryn, Noroza, Noliky, Beathel, Opdil, Paztto, Poritt, Oallax, Elirez, PazttoLicala  Ekzia PilodyFifity and so on.

Discount and Sales offers:

Azaley is providing unreasonable discounts and sales offers on its lots of products which seems unrealistic and too good to be true. Hence most of the scam sites adopt this kind of strategy to attract people to their websites.

Returns and Exchange:

Azaley has a Return/ Exchange policy which is found to be very unrealistic and which says all returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and the panty protective strip intact to be eligible for the return and exchange. It seems almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support, as well as delivery time of sites similar to Azaley, is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites. Azaley may cheat the buyers by sending fake or very cheap quality products other than what it advertises on its website.

Our Final Verdict:

Above are some of the realities we have shown you after our research on how Azaley and similar type of companies are doing their business.

It took a while before receiving my order of 3 tops. After they’ finally came and I tried them on (well “tried” as one wouldn’t go past my shoulders). I decided to return them. And I’m still working on it. I have contacted MasterCard to help me. I will continue to pursue.
They look mighty fine on FaceBook but the expected quality was not there.
I do not recommend this company.

After an exceedingly long time, I received the 2 outfits that I ordered (I get it, Covid and shipping is delayed). I paid over $140CA. Based on the posted size chart, I ordered the next size up to allow for differences and comfort; I could barely get the outfits on and the pants were above my ankles. (I’m 5’3’) and upon closer observation, the pant legs were 2 different sizes. The quality was total crap! (That’s being kind.) It was impossible to speak to a person as there is no phone number, only an email address. I have been communicating with this company asking for a refund for several weeks now with no luck. At first they offered to refund $20 if I kept the outfits. I told them that they don’t fit, that I was very unsatisfied with the quality and to add insult to injury, that the pant legs are two different sizes on both outfits (I sent photos). Then they offered me $37 to keep the outfits. When I refused they agreed to let me return them, provided me with an address in China and I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping. Since I already overpaid for substandard quality I refused. So, I guess I’m stuck with two outfits that I can’t possibly wear. I tried to give them away and Goodwill won’t even take them. I will never order from this company again. I should have searched for reviews online prior to ordering as I now see that even though this site is posting favourable reviews, many other sites are suggesting that this company is fraudulent and to NEVER DEAL WITH THEM. I have learned a valuable and costly lesson and will report them to any government agency that will listen.

Hey, what do you mean by this site is posting a favorable review for Azaley? We suggest you once again read our Azaley review as above where we have clearly mentioned Azaley is one of the suspicious sites which have linked with multiple suspicious/problematic sites. So, we are clearly saying not to purchase from Azaley online store. How can that be a favorable review for Azaley?

Their return conditions go beyond those described above. They say that they will only give refunds if items can be proved to be defective in some way (with photo evidence!), not if they don't fit, for example. Do not ever buy from them

I was scammed by this company - the quality of the sweaters and tops is terrible, very cheap, nothing similar to the photos. The delivery described on the website is 12-14 days, it took 42 days for the cheap, thinly knit sweaters to arrive. I thought it was an English company, the company address is in England. The package came directly from China.

This company is a big joke! Do not purchase from here its a total waste of money. They do not do exchanges! It took forever to receive the merchandise and I was not able to track it when they finally did provide a tracking number. They claim the freight cost too much, so i am stuck with merchandise i cannot use.

  6. I was sucked into this scam. 100% scam. Fighting them with PayPal right now. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Horrible customer service. Placed an order on Dec 28, 2020. Still have not received it. Tried cancelling 4 times before it was shipped. Gave me all kinds of BS excuses. Now they are telling me it has shipped, but tracking number tells me that a label was created, but still not shipped. Stay away!!!
