I purchased a patio fireplace, 4 chairs & table on Oct 8th. 2022. As of yet I have not heard a single word from them. It has been charged on my card and I have not received as of Oct. 30th.
I would like to have my money back and to have this scammer shut down.
In order to get your money back, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid using your PayPal account, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything. Show them this review. Good Luck!

This is on both items.
The other duplicate items, I got an email saying logistics fault and I was to get a full refund could take up to 10 days. I'm watching to see if it arrives in my bank. The first 2 items moneys been taken from bank. So will wait till Monday and see what my bank says. Hope this helps.

Saying its shipped after about 8 emails ...... Same as last time wrong tracking number.
Its once again going to Liverpool. I'm in Scotland and have already told them my address! They told me to contact Royal Mail. I told them nothing they can do as its not in my name or my address.
Royal Mail confirmed items are going to a different address and another name.
