Same as Jennifer, ordered a blanket in August for a Xmas present and still haven’t gotten it!
I want to add to my January 26th comment. My daughter finally received her afghan on Feb 2nd. It did take way too long with terrible tracking information but she has it now.
I ordered an afghan for my daughter in mid October and she still has not received it. She lives in Southern Illinois and the last shipping info said it was on its way to Vancouver. Vancouver! I said I wanted a refund and they said they don't give refunds because it shipped. No updated shipping provided. I've dealt with shippers and this is horrible service. Don't buy from this company. I'm complaining to Facebook and my credit card company.
I waited for almost 3 months, got order and it was nothing but a junky mess... it was blankets and they were awful, having hard time for them giving my money back. they won't tell me where to send it back to, so sending it back to the address on package. getting receipt from post office so I will have proof that I sent it back..
Waiting 45 days... no tracking status change in the last 3 weeks. Hope we get our 2 blankets!!
