Got scammed by them, paypal wouldn’t refund me because they provided a tracking number. Contacted ups and they said my address didn’t match what was on the label. Going to further dispute w my credit card because paypal was useless.
I share the same experience. I bought a $98 arbor. I complained to paypal that I never received my item. Authenric-site provided a tracking number that belonged to a different name and address, and paypal closed my case. I've tried to contact them multiple times to re- open the case, with no response.
Scam site for sure I ordered from them and they even had a tracking number from UPS that didn’t match my address but said it was delivered

The address for this website actually could be legit. It matches exactly to the UPS Store. Business do use UPS store mailbox service with the actual box number used as the Suite number. With that being said there are several other reasons to question the site (which you've pointed out.) I will not be purchasing anything from them.
