These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. This is definitely a scam site as just received what was supposed to be a glass wave sculpture but it is a photograph of a wave put onto cheap bending plastic and bears no resemblance to product advertised .
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR! Our order finally arrived and the box was torn and crushed. We have worked over and over with them and they refuse to refund our money or ship new ones. They want us to ship the old ones back to them - OVERSEAS - at our cost, and they are even warning us that if they receive them damaged it will come off of the price that they will refund us. THEY ARE NOT LEGIT!!! We are contesting the transaction through our credit card company and filing complaints with Consumer Protection.
I can confirm this online store is a scam. They advertised a wooden kinetic sculpture via Facebook that caught my attention. I was careful and realized quickly that the actual sculpture size was about half the size as what was demonstrated in the video ad, but they did not point this out in their description. The description did give the dimensions, but most people probably do not catch this. Knowing the dimensions, I went ahead with the order, thinking it would still be a fun item for our grandkids to watch. The delicate sculpture took two months to arrive (shipped from China) and I was shocked to see that it had been packaged in a flimsy PLASTIC bag, with regular cardboard taped on the front and back of the sculpture. However, there was nothing on the packaging that said DO NOT BEND. Therefore, at some point during transit from China the package was bent in half, which resulted in me receiving a worthless, broken sculpture. What stupid packaging to use! I contacted customer service which was a joke. They first offered me a 10% refund. When I protested, they then offered 15%, then upon further dissatisfaction they offered 20%, then 30%, and finally 40%, but this was their final offer. The other option they gave was for me to ship it back to them at MY expense, with the condition that it if they received it broken they would deduct some of the refund. Well, the sculpture I received is already broken! So it is obvious they never intended to give a full refund to anyone! This company is a joke! Buyer Beware!!!!
