However, every legit online store will provide the detailed contact information including the phone number, return shipping address and so on, only scam online store doesn’t care to provide the contact information.

# Like lots of scam sites, the website 9Uppa.com has also poorly designed which doesn’t look legit. For example, it hasn’t made its website theme tidy, it hasn’t provided the required security measures to secure the personal information of the client and so on. So if you shop at this site, your credit card information can be stolen.

  1. I’ve purchased the all purpose quick foaming toilet cleaner. When it finally arrived the bottle is all in Chinese writing so I had to research online on how to use it and it did not foam at all even using the whole bottle. It’s literally money down the drain. AVOID THIS SITE !!!

  2. I ordered a product over 6 weeks ago. A couple of weeks later, they said my order was on the way, have never received it. But they were kind enough to debit my credit card. There is no way of contacting them either by email or phone number. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Don't is sucked in.

    1. We can't call PayPal a scam. However, PayPal really needs to do something to save their members from these kinds of online store scams.

  3. I started this order and was going to order but waited to order it. I simply closed the browser without pressing 'confirm order'. I never actually completed the order, but for some reason the 9uppa website confirmed it for me and processed the order anyway. I will not be ordering anything from this site again.

  4. Worst Customer service that can exist. Try to avoid ordering from them. I did, it took almost 2 months to receive my item (clothes), but they didn’t fit, It’s been more then a month that I’m trying to find an address to send the item back and have a confirmation for the refund. They asked for photos of the item, packaging and I send them everything about 20 days ago. I resend an email asking about the status of my request and they sent me an email asking for photos of the item and of the packaging. From now on it might be a battle of principles, but I will not give up until I have my money back and write about my experience on every site possible!!! DON’T EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!

  5. I have recently made a purchase there and I am experiencing the same issues with tracking and communications or lack there of from this company. I think FB needs to do a way better job at policing sellers on their site.

  6. I ordered an item on 1/27/19 fully expecting that it would take a while as it was coming from China. I received an email on 1/28/19 that there would be a delay in shipping because of the Chinese New Year. That would have been nice prior to ordering, but okay that’s fine.. I did not receive any contact about my product being shipped and on checking the tracking there was NO info. I emailed the 9Uppa support twice, requesting a refund the second time, with no response at all. I received my item yesterday, 3/15/19. So if waiting over 6 weeks for an order you can’t track is your cup of tea, go for it. Also product doesn’t work but they clearly don’t care about their customer satisfaction as there is no way to provide feedback to them.

    1. Can you please explain what is the product that you order and what is the condition of the product when you receive that. You said that the product doesn't work. Can you please explain how the product you received is not working?

  7. This place is a scam. Don't count on getting your order. Over 2 months after my order, for which they requested payment on the day of accepting the order, I have heard nothing from UPPA even after writing 3 emails inquiring about the item, except emails indicating the item was shipped and providing a tracking number and site. When you attempt to track it takes you to an international shipping site that has nothing about the your item. I filed a protest with PayPal, which, as the previous review stated, PayPal informed me they could not do anything because I had filed the same protest with my credit card company. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from 9UPPA!

  8. I had a terrible experience with 9UPPA, ordered 2 dog harnesses on 1/22/2019 have not heard a word about delivery, cannot track delivery and have not received the products. I have tried to contact them and no one is getting back to me. Do not order anything from this website. They do not communicate and there is no customer service. I currently have a dispute through Paypal, hopefully they will resolve the issue with a refund.
    Definitely BUYER BEWARE!!!

  9. I placed two different orders with 9uppa a month ago and have not received either one I sent emails but they will not answer me. I hate getting ripped off .I don't even know if I can get my money back.

It's better you contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help for a refund as well as tell them to cancel your credit card and give the new one because lots of scam sites even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. Or, If you have paid money using PayPal then open a dispute through your PayPal account against your transaction with 9Uppa.

    2. If you purchased with credit card its easy to get you money back. Which is why you never use a debit card.

  10. I ordered some reusable anti-skid traceless hooks on 24th January. On 29th January I had an email saying the order is on its way, but when I put the tracking number on FedEx page they say no number can be found. I emailed them back immediately to ask what was happening but received no response. I messaged them 1st February saying no tracking number found.
    Last night 2/2/19 at 19.06 I received an email advertising these hooks again. I emailed them back at 19.41 expecting a response, nothing. I have emailed them again this morning giving them until Wednesday to get it touch. I have also asked for my money to be refunded.

    1. Thanks for sharing us your experience with 9Uppa here in our forum. From starting we have a doubt with 9Uppa online store and it seems we were right about it. So, it’s better you contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help for a refund as well as tell them to cancel your credit card and give the new one because lots of scam sites even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent.

  11. Went to website to check a price. Their website said you would have an opportunity to cancel before confirming. When I got to the confirmation screen after going through paypal, I cancelled out of the confirmation page. Then I received their order confirmation email. Three emails to their support email cancelling the order resulted in no response. Now they emailed me they are sending the product. Paypal has declined my request to void the order and appealing it. Also filed a complaint with credit card company.

    Recommend no one use the website as they will not respond for customer care or operate as they claim.
